  • How do I get help?

  • How do I get a copy of a tax invoice for my online order?
    A tax invoice will be included with your order confirmation. We can resend an invoice if you need it, just get in touch with our Customer Support team via live chat or email us at customersupport@target.com.au. Our hours of operation are Monday to Friday between 9.00am and 7.00pm AEST and Saturday 9.00am - 5.00pm AEST.
  • What browsers does Target Online Support?

  • If I'm based overseas, how do I get help?"

  • What if I don't receive my order or shipping confirmation?
    If you haven't received a confirmation email within 24 hours of placing your order, please check your junk email folder as you may have some filters redirecting certain emails not contained in your address book. Alternatively, call the Customer Support team on 1300 753 567 Monday to Friday between 9.00am and 7.00pm AEST and Saturday 9.00am - 5.00pm AEST.
  • How can I look up my order number?
    You can only look up your order number if you have an account with us. To look up your order number: 'Sign In' to your account Click 'My Account' Click 'My Orders' and you'll be able to view your order number.   • What is the Target app?
    The Target App is your mobile assistant on iOS and Android smartphones and tablets that makes shopping via your mobile quicker and easier. It is your handy tool to effortlessly manage your Target account, checkout smoothly and track your orders.
  • What types of phones does the app work on?
    The Target App is available for: iPhones and iPads (iOS version 11 and above) Android phones and tablets (5 and above)
  • How can I access the Target app?
    On the iPhone, just download it from the App store. Start by searching for ‘Target Australia’ On any Android phone, just download it from Google Play. Start by searching for ‘Target Australia’. Make sure you are connected to the internet to download. Remember, you can use our Wi-Fi in any Target store.
  • Can I use my Flybuys in the Target app?
    Yes! Once you get to the checkout screen on the mobile App, simply follow the prompts and add in your Flybuys number, so that points can be added to your member account.
  • What does the scane [barcode] on the homescreen do?
    The barcode scanner on the home screen allows you to scan the barcode of any product from our stores, and check the price, browse the product page to see more details and read reviews. You can even check availability and buy online if you can’t find your size or favourite colour in store.
  • How much will shipping cost me?
    Target now offers free standard home delivery for purchases over $80. Orders under $80 will incur a $9 delivery fee. Excludes physical gift cards and large items. Large items will incur a delivery fee based on the delivery destination. Delivery fees for a single large item range from $39 and for 3 or more large items range from $78. Delivery Fees for large items are calculated on the delivery destination. Please note items can only be delivered to street addresses in mainland Australia. Physical gift cards will incur a $5 delivery fee.
  • How does Click & Collect work?
    Simply the select ‘Click and Collect’ option when you’re shopping online or via the app, and then choose the store you’d like to pick it up from. We’ll then let you know by email or text when it arrives and you can collect it. Allow 1-7 business days before pickup. Please keep in mind large items are excluded and some product exclusions may apply. It’s also not available if you shop in the Target store in eBay. Not available on all products. Collection of eligible Click and collect orders is available from all Target stores.
